- Acting for the security trustee on the restructuring plan of Aggregate Holding’s Project Fürst, one of the largest uncompleted commercial real estate projects in Germany, located in the heart of Berlin’s Ku’damm boulevard.
- Acting for an investment fund of an asset manager with c.£500 billion AUM in connection with emergency third party financing for a distressed investment held by a connected fund of the asset manager.
- Acting for a real estate finance lender, administrators and receivers on the enforcement of security granted in connection with the financing of a c. £300 million GDV UK housing development.
- Acting for the ad hoc group of banks and funds in connection with the c. $600 million debt and equity restructuring of Nova Austral, a Latin American salmon producer.
