Overview

Zachary Zwillinger is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on securities and general commercial litigation.

Mr. Zwillinger has represented financial institutions in civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, and has represented corporations in investigations involving allegations securities fraud and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the False Claims Act.

Mr. Zwillinger received his law degree in 2011, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he served as Executive Technical Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Politics and Economics from Yale University in 2007. Mr. Zwillinger is admitted to practice law in New York. Mr. Zwillinger clerked for the Honorable A. Joe Fish in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas from 2011 to 2012.
