Overview

Vicky Kahn is of counsel in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions in connection with a broad range of lending and securities transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, restructurings and reorganizations, and equity-linked derivatives. She also has represented banks in connection with secured creditor issues and securities law matters.

Ms. Kahn is an active member of the New York City Bar Career Advancement & Management Committee. She is also certified (SHRM-CP) in leadership, communication, and people management from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Before joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Kahn practiced law at other top-tier law firms and was a director responsible for security based swaps and fund financings at RBC Capital Markets, LLC.
