Katherine Tandler is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings, and is based in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Tandler represents major financial institutions, real estate developers, private equity funds and other institutional investors on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, as well as corporate and fund finance matters. Her practice includes representing clients in connection with corporate credit facilities, preferred equity investments, capital commitment-backed subscription credit facilities, repurchase agreements, commercial mortgage loans, acquisitions and dispositions.
