Courtney Tully is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. Her practice focuses primarily on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Tully has represented private equity funds, public and private companies, and founders in various industries, with a particular emphasis on assisting private equity funds and private equity-backed companies in mergers and acquisitions.

She received her law degree and business law certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was an Honors Scholar, the recipient of the Dean S. Butler award, and in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program.

Ms. Tully is admitted to practice law in California.
