David Brigleb is Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions involving various asset classes, with a particular emphasis on complex debt originations. He has experience with all aspects of commercial real estate financing transactions, including construction lending, mortgage and mezzanine loans, intercreditor and co-lender matters, workouts, and repurchase facilities. 
 
David also has experience with many other aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
