Danika Bark is a Corporate Associate at Paul Hastings. She focuses her practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Bark earned her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2021, where she also received certificates in business law and technology and entrepreneurship law. While in law school, she held a supervisory role in the USC Small Business Clinic and was a board member of the Southern California Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016.
