Overview
Cameron J. Schur is an associate in the New York Office of Paul Hastings and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Development Group. He practices in all areas of commercial real estate development, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings and refinancings, restructurings, recapitalizations and workouts, commercial leasing and complex joint-venture agreements. Mr. Schur represents major financial institutions, developers, private equity funds, commercial landlords and tenants, and other investors in and owners of all types of real estate assets in New York and across the country. Mr. Schur received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2015, where he served as Notes Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was awarded the Benjamin N. Cardozo Award for excellence in legal writing and civil advocacy. Mr. Schur is admitted to practice law in New York.
