Overview

Caitlin Annatoyn is Pro Bono Counsel of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Chicago office. She is responsible for developing, coordinating, and growing the Firm's pro bono initiatives. Ms. Annatoyn works closely with the Community Service Responsibility teams and senior leadership to advance the Firm's programmatic mission through increased societal impact. In this endeavor, she regularly works with clients and nonprofit organizations on opportunities for collaborative pro bono opportunities. Ms. Annatoyn also handles individual pro bono matters, and has experience in immigration, gun violence prevention, and civil rights protection.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Annatoyn was a litigator at another leading international law firm, where her practice focused on complex commercial matters with a focus on products liability and mass tort litigations. While in private practice, she represented clients in international commercial disputes and worked on multiple teams that tried cases to defense jury verdicts in multidistrict litigation. Most recently served as the Assistant Director for the Gender Equity Initiatives at Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law, where she focused on the COVID-19 pandemic's effect on women in the legal industry.
