Briana Sooy is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Her practice focuses on entertainment and media, entertainment finance, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.

Ms. Sooy earned her J.D., cum laude, from University of Michigan Law School in 2022. While in law school, she served as the Co-Managing Executive Editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review and a student lawyer for the International Transactions Clinic. She also assisted in the representation of Michigan student-athletes in name, image, and likeness deals. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Sooy received a B.A. in Communication (with honors) and minors in Professional Writing and Coaching from the University of California, Davis in 2018, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and played field hockey for the Division I program.

Ms. Sooy is admitted to practice law in California.
