Ben Regan is an associate in the Leveraged Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.

Ben focusses on leveraged, acquisition, and general corporate finance.  He has experience advising both creditors and debtors on a broad range of debt capital structures.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ben was a solicitor in the finance team of a leading law firm in New Zealand. He is admitted to practice in New Zealand.
