
Overview
Amrit Khosa is a senior associate in the Financial Restructuring practice and is based in the firm’s London office.
Amrit represents a diverse range of stakeholders in formal and informal restructurings, with particular expertise in novel, complex cross-border matters including Chapter 11 proceedings. His practice encompasses advising financial institutions, investment funds, bondholders, ad-hoc committees, corporate debtors, trustees/agents and insolvency practitioners across the full spectrum of stressed and distressed situations.
Amrit has extensive experience in special situations, distressed M&A, liability management transactions and crypto-related insolvency matters. His background includes in-house experience at Maersk Drilling A/S, giving him significant industry knowledge in oil and gas alongside his broader restructuring expertise.
