Overview

Aaron Reuben primarily works on environmental law, land use and transactional matters for real estate and renewable energy projects.

Aaron helps clients navigate the California Environmental Quality Act, California Coastal Act, Clean Water Act, hazardous substance laws, zoning laws and the California Public Records Act. In addition to transactional and regulatory counseling, Aaron also works on litigation concerning land use and environmental issues.

In connection with mergers, acquisitions, investments and divestitures, Aaron counsels on environmental, real estate and related corporate matters.

Aaron’s real estate practice includes commercial leasing, data center transactions, acquisitions and dispositions. For real estate developments, he has worked on development agreements, construction contracts and joint venture agreements. Aaron has worked on matters across asset classes, nationally and internationally.
