Paul Hastings LLP advised Andera Partners in connection with its minority investment, via its Andera MidCap 5 fund, in the fine art logistics division of Horus Finance, a global leader in art logistics and storage, alongside the management team led by Matthieu and Julien Da Costa Noble.
