Servicios Corporativos Javer Issues Amended Credit and Guaranty Agreement

New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced that it represented Mexican company Servicios Corporativos Javer (Javer) in connection with its US$165 million Credit and Guaranty Agreement amended and restated on June 1, 2021. The administrative agent is Credit Suisse. Javer, the largest homebuilder in Mexico, provides housing development services and offers construction of affordable entry-level, middle-income, and residential houses.
Javer has agreed with this group of creditors pursuant to this restatement to postpone part of the amortizations of this guaranteed loan, as well as established a certain framework to incentivize the raising of capital or financings to benefit the growth of Javer.
