Sendinblue Acquires Metrilo, Chatra and PushOwl

Paris – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Sendinblue on the acquisition of three strategic e-commerce marketing companies. These acquisitions will enable Sendinblue, the leading all-in-one digital to drive product expansion and increase growth in the US market.

Metrilo is a Bulgarian marketing and sales analytics SaaS platform for e-merchants, Chatra is a Russian messaging platform for SMBs and PushOwl is a leading Indian application for push notifications.
