Robert Luskin Profiled as a Top FCPA Practitioner by Leading Industry Publication Global Investigations Review
June 15, 2021
Washington, D.C. – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that Robert Luskin has been profiled among the Top FCPA Practitioners by Global Investigations Review (GIR) in its list of outstanding lawyers and forensic advisers in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act space.
In Luskin’s profile, GIR writes that Bob has worked on the most FCPA resolutions of any lawyer since 2008, and is “something akin to a legend in the FCPA bar.” The publication noted several settlements that Luskin has helped negotiate for clients, including Goldman Sachs, Technip FMC, Braskem, SBM Offshore, Total, Alstom, and Airbus, which completed the largest foreign corruption settlement of all time in a coordinated resolution with French, UK, and US authorities.
Global Investigations Review also noted Paul Hastings’ Kwame Manley, chair of the firm’s Investigations and White Collar Defense practice, Jay Darden, and Nat Edmonds as making up a team of FCPA practitioners that is widely recognized by competitors as encompassing some of the best FCPA lawyers in the business.
Robert Luskin was recently honored by Chambers USA as White Collar Lawyer of the Year, and was previously named a White Collar MVP by Law360. Paul Hastings’ FCPA practice is ranked Band 1 by Chambers USA, which individually ranked Tim Dickinson, Kwame Manley, Robert Luskin, Jay Darden, Nat Edmonds, and Corinne Lammers.
