Providence Equity Partners Invests in Marlink

Paris – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Providence Equity Partners LLC, a global investment organization with approximately $45 billion in aggregate capital commitments under management, in connection with its investment in Marlink, a provider of satellite communication solutions, based on an enterprise value of Marlink Group of approximately $1.4 billion.
