Proctor & Gamble to Acquire Farmacy Beauty

New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Farmacy Beauty in the sale of the company to Proctor & Gamble.

Founded by David Chang, Farmacy Beauty offers “farm-to-face skin care,” with bestselling products that include Green Clean cleansing balm, Honeymoon Glow Serum and Filling Good hyaluronic acid serum.
