Press Ganey Acquires SPH Analytics

San Francisco – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented SPH Analytics (SPH), a portfolio company of STG Partners, with respect to Press Ganey’s acquisition of SPH, a leader in healthcare consumer experience measurement, engagement and population-based analytics.

The combined scale of the two organizations will enable Press Ganey to provide unmatched insights at national, regional and local levels and accelerate innovation in the payer industry. Current SPH clients will also benefit from Press Ganey’s best-in-class technology and consulting services.
