Precisely to Acquire Winshuttle from Symphony Technology Group

San Francisco – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented Symphony Technology Group in the sale of its portfolio company Winshuttle, a leader in process automation and master data management software, to Precisely, a company backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and TA Associates.
