Paul Hastings LLP has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of WeWork Inc. and its 500+ affiliates that have filed for chapter 11 protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Kris Hansen, Gabe Sasson, Frank Merola, and Sayan Bhattacharyya will lead the Financial Restructuring team, Stephen Berkman will lead the Real Estate team, Paul Genender will lead the Litigation team, and Helena Potts will lead the European team.
