Paul Hastings Selected as Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of FTX

Paul Hastings LLP has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of FTX and its 100+ affiliates that have filed for chapter 11 protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Kris Hansen, Luc Despins, Matt Murphy, Ken Pasquale, Erez Gilad and Gabe Sasson will lead the Financial Restructuring team. Chris Daniel, Eric Sibbitt, Laurel Rimon, Leo Tsao, Braddock Stevenson, Meagan Griffin and LK Greenbacker will lead the Fintech team.
