Paul Hastings Represented Placement Agents on Arezzo’s $158 Million Follow On Equity Offering

São Paulo, Brazil – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented investment banks Itau BBA, BTG Pactual, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, XP Investimentos, Santander and UBS as placement agents on Arezzo Indústria e Comércio SA’s R$834 million (US$158 million) follow on equity offering at the B3 Brazilian stock exchange.

Arezzo is a leading company in the women’s footwear retail sector in Brazil, and will use the proceeds for long-term investments, including new stores, investments in supply and distribution centers, investments in technology and potential acquisitions.
