Paul Hastings Named Top Global CLO Counsel for the Fourth Consecutive Year

London/New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, has been named Top Global CLO Counsel for 2020 by Creditflux magazine – the fourth consecutive year the firm has been ranked as leading Global CLO counsel .

The firm was credited for advising on 152 CLOs through 2020 – more than any other law firm, and more than 35% of all CLOs globally – for a combined value of approximately US$58.9 billion.

The firm was previously ranked as the Top Global CLO Counsel in 2019, 2018 and 2017. Over a four-year span, the firm advised on a record 789 CLOs with an aggregate value of over US$368 billion, accounting for more than one-third of all CLOs globally.
