Paul Hastings Advises Takenaka Corporation in Connection With the Launch of Tokyo’s SIRO Roppongi

Paul Hastings LLP advised Takenaka Corporation in connection with the negotiations and documentation of all hotel agreements for the SIRO Roppongi, Tokyo. The latest SIRO property announced by Kerzner International Holdings Limited, SIRO Roppongi will be a flagship project for the SIRO brand in the APAC region. It is expected to open in 2029 in the Minato-ku ward of central Tokyo and will feature 100 guestrooms and state-of-the-art fitness and recovery labs, all housed within a standalone building.

Paul Hastings previously advised Takenaka Corporation in negotiations and documentation for all hotel agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for the Park Hyatt in Kyoto, Japan.
