Paul Hastings Advises Prize in Business Combination with Rose Hill Acquisition Corporation

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Prize, a leading exporter of superfruits based in Chile, in its pending business combination with Rose Hill Acquisition Corporation, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, that will result in Prize becoming a U.S. publicly listed company with an initial enterprise value of approximately $425 million.
