Paul Hastings Advises Operadora de Servicios Mega in Capped Tender Offer

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Operadora de Servicios Mega, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.R., a Mexican specialty finance company headquartered in Guadalajara, in a capped tender offer for its outstanding 8.250% Senior Notes due 2025. With the dealer managers Goldman Sachs and HSBC, the tender offer represents an opportunity for the company to capitalize on current market conditions that have depressed international bond prices in the Latin American non-bank financial institution sector.

Paul Hastings previously advised Mega in its inaugural $350 million international bond offering of 8.250% Senior Notes due 2025, on a bridge loan from Barclays in the amount of $35 million and in connection with the issuance of $150 million of additional 8.250% Senior Notes due 2025.
