Paris – Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Keensight Capital on the LBO of Unither Pharmaceuticals, structured, alongside the management team by a consortium composed of GIC, Keensight Capital, IK Partners and Parquest. The transaction is subject to approval by various regulatory authorities.
