Paul Hastings Advises Investor Group on All-Cash Bid for TikTok's U.S. Operations

Paul Hastings LLP is advising a syndicate of investors led by Jesse Tinsley, entrepreneur and Founder/CEO of Recruiter.com Ventures (which owns Recruiter.com, Employer.com, and Benchmark Accounting) in an all-cash offer to acquire TikTok's U.S. operations and various assets from ByteDance Ltd. The investor group comprises institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals, including media/internet personality Mr. Beast.

Partner Brad Bondi is leading the team, which includes Brandon Bortner, Gil Savir, Steve Camahort and Ronnie Anguas.
