Paul Hastings Advises International Media Investments in JV with Jeff Zucker and RedBird Capital Partners

Paul Hastings LLP is advising International Media Investments (IMI) in its partnership with RedBird Capital Partners and former CNN and NBC Universal CEO Jeff Zucker to create RedBird IMI, a joint venture investment vehicle focused on investing in large scale media, entertainment and sports content properties.
