Paul Hastings Advises HyperloopTT in Business Combination with Forest Road Acquisition Corporation II

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HyperloopTT), a leading transportation and technology licensing company focused on realizing the hyperloop, in its pending business combination with Forest Road Acquisition Corporation II, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, that will result in HyperloopTT becoming a publicly listed company.
