Paul Hastings Advises HQ Hotels & Residences on Opening of Its First Hotel, Hodges Bay Resort and Spa

Paul Hastings LLP advised HQ Hotels & Residences on the opening of its first-ever hotel, Hodges Bay Resort and Spa, on the coast of Northern Antigua. The 79-room resort, located within eight acres of tropical garden and up against coral sand beaches, represents the first opening in a plan to open 50 hotels globally by 2031.

Paul Hastings previously advised sbe on the launch of the HQ Hotels & Residences brand, a partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts targeting millennial and Generation Z travelers as part of Wyndham’s Registry Collection.
