Paul Hastings Advises FuturMaster, Backed by Sagard NewGen and Cathay Capital, on Acquisition of PlaniSense

Paul Hastings LLP advised FuturMaster, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider in supply chain planning and revenue growth management, and Sagard NewGen in connection with the former’s acquisition of PlaniSense, a leading solution in the scheduling segment.

Private Equity partner Olivier Deren led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Charles Filleux-Pommerol and Marc Zerah and associates Vincent Nacinovic, Adèle Patinier, Laëtitia Mingarelli and Peter Pedrazzani.
