Paul Hastings Advises Francisco Partners on Investment in Orisha

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised long-standing client Francisco Partners, a global investment firm that specialises in partnering with technology businesses, on its investment in Orisha, a leading European vertical software company based in France. Francisco Partners will become a co-controlling shareholder of Orisha alongside existing shareholder, TA Associates, which will reinvest in the company, along with Orisha management.

The investment will allow Orisha to further advance its growth journey, solidifying its industry leadership through ongoing organic growth, diversification, geographic expansion and strategic acquisitions. 

This cross-border deal leveraged Paul Hastings’ private equity capabilities in London and Paris. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q4 2024.
