Paul Hastings LLP is advising Forcepoint, a portfolio company of Francisco Partners and a provider of comprehensive, next-generation cybersecurity defense, intelligence, and critical national infrastructure across the globe, in the sale of its Global Governments and Critical Infrastructure (G2CI) business to TPG.
