Paul Hastings advises Five Arrows on its reinvestment in A2MAC1 alongside Providence Equity Partners

Paris – Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Five Arrows Principal Investments on the disposal aspects of its re-investment alongside Providence Equity Partners to jointly invest in A2MAC1, the global leader and provider of vehicle benchmarking insights and solutions across the mobility industry, alongside the management team.

Partners Charles Cardon and Bruno Leroy led the Paul Hastings team, which included partners Camille Paulhac and Stéphane Henry and associates Amandine Delannoy, Amaury Steinlin, Alexandra Chevalier, Capucine Chareton, Juliette Hua and Alexandre Ruiz.
