Paul Hastings Advises Enerlis on White Summit Capital's Investment in Powesco

Paul Hastings LLP advised Enerlis in connection with the investment by White Summit Capital, an investment fund specializing in sustainable infrastructure, in Powesco, an energy transition player offering an innovative approach combining third-party financing, guaranteed energy performance and a turnkey model.

Enerlis is a subsidiary of Powesco, which benefits from 60 experienced Enerlis employees as it operates across the entire value chain of energy efficiency projects to offer turnkey solutions. White Summit Capital has become the majority shareholder in Powesco with an investment to the tune of €150 million.

Private Equity partner Olivier Deren led the Paul Hastings team, which also included of counsel Charlotte Dupont and associate Marie Forte.
