Paul Hastings LLP advised Aspen Acquisition, LLC, a portfolio company of Cortec Group and an industry leader in spine innovation for pain and mobility management, on its acquisition of Advanced Orthopaedics, LLC, a leading manufacturer and supplier of bracing solutions and orthopedic soft goods.
