Paul Hastings Advises Artemis Real Estate Partners on Sale to Barings

Paul Hastings LLP advised Artemis Real Estate Partners, an $11 billion-plus diversified real estate investment firm, on its agreement to be acquired by Barings, one of the world’s leading investment managers. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
Artemis Real Estate Partners is a real estate investment management firm that has acquired assets with a gross purchase price of more than $17.2 billion in more than 300 investments since its founding in 2009. Paul Hastings assisted in the formation of Artemis and has acted as fund formation counsel to Artemis since its inception, helping it successfully raise capital for its commingled funds and separate accounts in its pursuit of a range of real estate strategies.
