Paul Hastings Advises ACORE Capital in Financing for Driftwood Capital’s Portfolio Consolidation

Paul Hastings LLP advised ACORE Capital in its $85 million preferred equity financing in connection with Driftwood Capital’s $1.2 billion portfolio consolidation deal. The deal includes a portfolio of 18 Hilton, Marriott and Margaritaville hotels with over 4,200 rooms across 10 states.
