Paul Hastings Advised Wells Fargo on $1.95 Billion Financing for RR Donnelley’s Acquisition of Valassis

Paul Hastings LLP advised Wells Fargo on an incremental ABL revolver in connection with a $1.95 billion financing for R.R. Donnelley’s acquisition of Valassis Communications, a leading provider of media and marketing services, from Vericast.
