Institución de Banca Múltiple Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat, as Lender and Administrative Agent and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as Lender in providing a “green” Term Loan to Cometa Energía, S.A. de C.V. , a subsidiary of Saavi Energía, in connection with its acquisition of La Lucha Power Plant, a 130 MW solar photovoltaic power facility located in Mexico, from Northland Power Inc. The transaction was signed on March 4, 2024, and closed on June 28, 2024.
