Paul Hastings Advised TeamViewer on $720 Million Acquisition of 1E

Paul Hastings LLP advised TeamViewer, a Frankfurt-listed global leader in remote connectivity and digital workplace solutions, on the acquisition of 1E, a leading UK-based international Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, from Carlyle Europe Technology Partners, part of global investment firm Carlyle, for an enterprise value of $720 million.
