Paul Hastings LLP advised Sagard NewGen in connection with the LBO of FuturMaster, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of Supply Chain Planning and Revenue Growth Management solutions, structured with Cathay Capital and the management team, which was led by Yacine Zeroual.
