Paul Hastings Advised Reuben Brothers Capital Limited in Connection with the Rebranding of the Iconic The Surrey, A Corinthia Hotel New York

Paul Hastings LLP advised Reuben Brothers Capital Limited, a leader in private equity, real estate investment, and development in connection with negotiating various hotel management and other agreements for the rebranding of the iconic The Surrey, Corinthia Hotel New York, located on the Upper East Side of New York City.

The Surrey will be managed by Corinthia Hotels and will be Corinthia’s first hotel in the United States. The Surrey includes 70 guest rooms, 30 suites, and 14 residences, a jewel-box spa, and a New York location of Miami Beach hotspot Casa Tua restaurant and club. Paul Hastings also advised Reuben Brothers in connection with agreements for the restaurant and club facility, as well as Casa Tua in structuring the club.
