Paul Hastings Advised on Financing for Acquisition of Telecom Tower Portfolio from Telekom Srbija

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the arrangers, global coordinators, bookrunners, lenders, agent, onshore and offshore security agent, and hedge counterparties on the financing for the acquisition by Actis, a global investor in sustainable infrastructure, and certain co-investors, of a newly carved-out tower portfolio from Telekom Srbija, a leading telecommunications operator in the CEE region.

The carve-out includes substantially all of Telekom Srbija’s macro tower portfolio across Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
