Paul Hastings Advised Omnam Investment Group on Mohari – Omnam JV Acquisition of Bauer Hotel

Paul Hastings LLP advised Omnam Investment Group, European strategic partner to Mohari Hospitality, in connection with the acquisition of the Bauer Hotel in Venice, Italy. The property is set to undergo extensive redevelopment under its ownership, with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts contributing to the hotel’s redevelopment, restoration, and operations.         

The Paul Hastings team advised on the sale and purchase arrangements and acted as counsel on all hotel private equity aspects, including negotiations with Rosewood.            

The transaction, set to be one of the largest single asset, ultra-luxury hotel acquisitions in Europe this year, follows Paul Hastings’ Band 1 ranking by Chambers & Partners in both the UK and U.S. in the Hotels & Leisure category.
