Paul Hastings Advised Officine Maccaferri in High-Yield Bonds Restructuring

Paul Hastings LLP advised Officine Maccaferri SpA in the successful restructuring of its high-yield bonds through an Italian concordato preventivo procedure. The firm was shortlisted for “Restructuring Deal of the Year” at the IFLR Europe Awards 2023 for advising on the deal.
