Paul Hastings Advised Nomura and Pricoa Private Capital on Financing for P2P Acquisition of DX Group

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Nomura and Pricoa Private Capital on the debt financing in connection with the proposed public to private (P2P) acquisition of UK parcel delivery company DX Group PLC by private equity fund H.I.G. European Capital Partners LLP.
